Otherwise, it fun and with a level cap remover + multirank perk pack and wasteland mastery, it's down right fun when I don't hit a beef gate. Unchecking the supermutant rebalance via mcm, prior entering the building = a dead pc. Note: TTW Merged Patch at the end does not include any sexout plugins.

The super mutant blood sample is an item added to Fallout 3 in the Broken Steeladd-on.
Not surprisingly, it is a sample of super mutant blood used by the Brotherhood of Steel to research a super mutant megaweapon.
When dropped, it has the same world model as a blood pack, but is weightless and much larger.

After beginning the Blood Brotherhood quest, super mutant blood samples can be found on the bodies of dead super mutants and sold to Paladin Tristan for 50 caps and 10 XP each.
Collecting and selling these to Paladin Tristan is one of the easiest ways to earn money in the game, as super mutants are all over DC and can be collected even if the Lone Wanderer did not make the kill (if, for instance, a companion kills them). Additionally, the blood samples are weightless, and infinite amounts can be collected and sold altogether. Many samples can be collected during the Reilly's Rangers quest, due to the fact that most of the many enemies encountered during the quest will be super mutants.
